Dell is getting ready to release a new 11-inch netbook sometime between now and at the end of Q3, according to a netbook roadmap slides leaked out from the company. The leaked information also reveals that there will be a few changes to the Mini 10 netbook which includes adding Vista, 3G modem, and potentially a 1.86GHz Atom on April 17th. Also, a new 1.6GHz Atom N270 SKU will arrive in May and everything will be updated again in the second half of the year with Intel's Pine Trail processors.
